At Waatio, we strive to provide the best WhatsApp API solutions for our customers. However, we understand that situations may arise where you might need a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:
Subscription-Based Plan
- 7-Day Refund Window:
- If you request a refund within 7 days of subscribing to our services, you are eligible for a refund.
- Deduction for WhatsApp Official API Service:
- If we have already provided the WhatsApp Official API service as part of your subscription, a charge of ₹4,999 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of this service.
White Label Plan for Resellers
- No Refund Policy:
- The White Label Plan is non-refundable because we provide the complete source code of the WhatsApp API panel. This allows customers to duplicate or modify the panel, making a refund policy impractical for this plan.
